Do you play any sports?

I did Karate (yellow belt only one year). I played soccer both with friends and in soccer club (I was defender but always wanted to be offensive player and goalgater). I ride the bycycle very often almost everyday, my main vehicle for transport when I went somewhere. With 16 I lost 40kg and become normal weight (I was always fat but with 16 I lost 40kg and become for a short while normal weight). Nowadays Im member of a fitnesscenter but rarerly go.

I like to play football/soccer, go to the gym and try to run every week. I like to stay fit.

No I was not good I was a fat kid/teenager and was slow in running and was afraid to take the ball with head etc. or that the ball hits me etc. I was allowed to play a little bit like 10 minutes of a game, but mostly i sit outside wathcing

At age 86 ? What do YOU think ? I can walk about ¼ mile non-stop or about ½ mile with rest stops . Until last year, i used to do target shooting, but then my shooting buddy died and I haven't gone shooting since. So, No, I don't play any sports nowadays
