They don't take racism seriously. No countries do. It's just one of the tools used by the global elite to control and manipulate people, in this case the white majority, which if organised and empowered represent one of the greatest threats to their power. They need to be kept in check, their thoughts and actions regulated. When there's an outburst, even if it's only a few words, the state comes down hard on them. It's a form of civil war. This can also be seen in the corporate world where exactly the same thing happens to whites, with management cracking down on their behaviour while allowing "ethnics" to get away with their own version of the same thing. It's also used by the left to win votes, since their former white working class support base was largely lost after the horrors of communist dictatorships were revealed. That is why it's mostly only whites who are labelled as racist, despite the fact that the tribalist roots of racial discrimination are present in everyone. They are perceived as a serious threat.
With the other races, they are persecuted in other ways, to play off whites against them and maintain a degree of disunity between them. And so blacks are known for such and such a reason, Muslims of all races and ethnicities are infamous for other reasons, etc. At the same time, they are all - except whites - encouraged not to abandon their cultural roots, and tax revenue mostly paid by whites is thrown at them to help them not assimilate. The state and corporate media are all in on it.
The end result is a "diversity" that can be easily manipulated by those in power.
And while everyone is getting on board the bandwagon of abusing alleged racists, the threat of this or that etc. - whatever narrative the corporate media has decided to distract them with - their attention is diverted away from what the politicians and dark circles of global power are doing to their country and the world. It works like a charm.
However, with Brexit and Trump, there are serious signs that this method of mind control may need to be revised.
Back to the topic of this troll thread, the sentence was excessive. Way excessive. Hopefully, it can be appealed, and the idiots will learn their lesson. Yeah, I'd agree it was cruel and unusual, but many American sentences qualify as such for me.
