Military service for youngsters doesn't equal state of emergency. Croatia recently reintroduced conscription, other European countries have it too, honestly can't see nothing wrong with that. Good move for Sweden.

I support it if there is the possibility that your country might need great manpower in the military ... the issue is why do these politicians believe we might need a lot of soldiers in the future?

You can watch it from another angle, there's no harm if majority of population knows basic firearms use, people should know how to protect themselves.

I agree with you on this although ... nothing is free. how much would this cost to the swedish state?

They have many riots.
Usually they aren't consider as terrorism.
Howewer the definition of terrorism is: "the use of violence and threats to intimidate or coerce, especially for political purposes."
For me riots to avoid the state representant enter in some zone and the agression of women who have a non islamic behaviour is terrorism. It's totally fit the definition.
