btw. you should go to a psychologist . there is no shame in this ...you have problems and need to seek for help . just like how when a diabetic goes to a doctor there is no shame in it either it is the same for mental issues too .

im not going to get a lifting! those creams purpose is mainly to delay skin sagging and wrinkles. i'm already under therapy
