    if you were at least as smart as a vegetable you would see that I support that the Slavic blood in southern albania (now called greece, Slav speaking Lerin/Kostur/Vodena etc excluded) is almost absent, because albano-sarakatsano-vlahs came to replace the Slavs and settled after 1050 AD along with the albinos.

    But the 500 SLAVIC toponyms in More-as is not a drop in any ocean little asian. In 1926-27 they were renamed more than toponyms than this number. Now, 1000+ SLAVIC toponyms is in fact A SLAVIC OCEAN OF TOPONYMS and your little fart is the drop little asian.

    During the Black death much of the European population was decimated, but still replaced internally and not by invasions:

    ...And yet few would ever claim that the Italians or the French or the Spanish were replaced by other peoples... Only an idiot like you makes such claims for the Greeks.
    You are one step from the truth. The truth is in front of you but you can't see it not because you are blind, but because you are a retard. Your country during the slavic invasion was called scythian desert. Meanwhile when Albanians arrived, your country was just a desert. The reasons are different, one you have mentioned in your post. My little donkey, Procopius has no monopoly in the truth. What actually happened was that the natives fled to the mountains to avoid the foreign invasions. Procopius saw the empty cities, but he didn't see any corpses either. Archaeologic and genetic findings disprove your claims. If Greece was indeed heavily colonized by Albanians, the Greek DNA would be very close to the Albanian DNA, but as it turns out you are closer genetically to the Slavs around you while we are closer genetically to the Italians and the French than to you.

    Too bad to burst your bubble, but the truth is that your arse has more use than your brain...

    Comments from Eurogenes blog about Slavic admixture in modern Southern Greece:

    Interesting read, "The plague pandemic and Slavic expansion in the 6th-8th centuries":

    It is possible that Slavs had a higher immunity to plague than Non-Slavic populations.

    ================

    Slavic-speaking populations still existed in the Peloponnesus as late as the 13th century. There was a thread on this forum about Peloponnesian Slavs vs. Latin crusaders in the 1200s. It says that Slavs were the only part of Peloponnesians who remained loyal to the Byzantine Emperor when Latin crusaders invaded.

    Edit: I found it, this thread - http://www.theapricity.com/forum/sho...lavs-in-Greece

    There are accounts from the 1400s saying about Slavic-speakers in the Peloponnesus. It was in the 1400s or in the 1500s when the last Peloponnesian Slavs were Hellenized and started speaking Greek.

    In 1438-1439 Byzantine traveller - Lascaris Cananus - visited the area of Lübeck (Λούπηκ) and wrote that the area near Lübeck was called Slavonia (Σθλαβουνία) and that its inhabitants - Wends - spoke a very similar language as Zygiotai (Ζυγιῶται), also known as Melingoi, who lived near the Taygetos Mountains.

    So even in 1438-1439 Slavic was still spoken in some parts of the Peloponnesus.

    Finally a reasonable person who start to understand what really happened. Read my previous post:

    Litvin, if today we have a country called France for example, this is because of Justinian plague. This pandemic changed totally the history of the world.

    But even for this slavs the life was not easy. The epidemy continued to kill people for the next two centuries until the VIII century when plague exploded again as a pandemi. After the plague of VIII, there was this movement of populations. Byzantines gather some slavs and settled them in Asia Minor and brought people from Asia Minor and settled them in Greece.
    But it's not finished here, because in the XIV century when Albanians started to migrated in Greece, (according to official history in XIII-XIV century start this migration, but there are also other theories), there was the Black Death. Scholars support the theory that from 50-70% of European population was killed from this plague. There are also other factors, but i think is enough to say that after this three epidemies of plague, there was huge movement of populations in Greece. It's a country that has been emptied and filled several times during the history. Do you understand now that this "famous" genetic study is a BS?
