For both countries Trump was and is still seen as great weakness to take advantage of, clearly Russians and Putin are hard believers of this and clearly the ones who helped him out during the election.
After his election I can attest an aggressive political influence of Russia in Balkans among others, Putin is smart politician whereas Trump is a pumpkin in front of him hence why Putin has favored him over Hillary from the beginning.

The main reason why many Chinese like Trump is because they like powerful businessmen. Trump is also seen as someone who speaks a language they understand, authoritarian and nationalistic, he sounds like a Chinese leader. They don't care for all the lofty ideals of liberal democracy, that's why they don't get turned off by the same things that turn Europeans off. The polling number would be higher if he wasn't talking shit about China before on twitter, but I don't think it's taken personally.

If Russia takes over Balkans pretty much all of Europe is fucked, not solely Albanians.
PS. They found a great puppet out of Serbia, now they attempt to stretch tentacles in FYROM via Gruevski & co, in Montenegro they have failed to do a coup d'etat months ago, these alcoholic bastards are cancerous for any Albanian.

Albanians the most. Actually the rest already love putin.
What is even scarier is that top trump edvisers from reagan administration and Reagan is trump's hero already aprove of russia dominating balkans, and also steve bannon would, trump could easily ditch the whole balkans including greece for w deal with russia.
