but also west med and east med is higher for me at ftdna, so it all averages out in the end.. max difference is 0.59 for north sea component
on that PCA plot i get same coordinates with both companies

There are some people who get different and more northwestern plotting on average with ftdna opposed to 23andme.

But yeah, only 1% deviation or something.
