It's not so much eating dog, but the cruelty before they are food. Absolutely appalling animal abuse. I don't have a problem with eating horse meat either.

I think my main objection to eating dog is that they are very emotional communicative animals. We can read their emotions easily because they developed alongside us, so we see their fear and joy and all of it. That's why it seems so inhumane to look a dog in its expressive eyes and then mistreat it.

Its good to protect animal rights but wrong to be racist when you do it. But how I know Europeans they would rather save a dog from death then a chinese if they had the choice. Remember the Führer loved dogs too but not so much jews and roma.

Was not gonna include this in my initial post, because it's too damn explicit. But since the reaction to this practice is so lax here, and the Turk argued it's not even cruelty, this need to be seen. What the procedures are like the suffering too many turn a blind eye to, because of "racism" or simply a horrible view on animals.

That the Turk was triggered by Sweden, because the country actually has somewhat decent animal protection laws says it all about him.

Militant Vegan < Laidback Vegetarian. I rarely eat meat, when I do, I know the meat comes from humane sources that respect animals. I come from a hunter family, an animal living a good free life in the woods, being shot point blank with minimal suffering are miles apart from this fucking miserable cruelty.

But this is not something a muslim third worlder will understand, who won't even let a cat into the house, the most clean animal there is. Most Europeans value and respect animals*, especially the ones included in the family.

*Euros are by no means perfect, still alot to improve in animal treatment. But in comparison..

Cats are actually respected animals in Islam and it's common to see them inside mosques even.
