A communist country is not a souvereign nation, it is a sold-out nation, post-deconstructional legal society, a de-facto dead nation. Never say that people exploit a state under communism, it is people use social chaos against each other, a true human farm for syndicate interests. So this changes how individuals and groups within society try to advance and get ahead in life. In a Communist country, people will try to go through the State to improve their class/position in society. In a Capitalist country, people will instead try to make their own way through business, money-making, and other activities. Either way society controls the routes to success, improvement, class, and advancement in life. A communist state will put limits on businesses and dictate to them. In the "Free Market Enterprise" western world (USA) this is not necessarily true. Business/Corporations can have judicial rights which entitle them to laws and powers which maybe at odds or counter to what the State wants. This is obvious with new President Trump who represents his own, personal business interests, and how those conflict with the greater Democracy.
