In their megalomania, the German Nazis considered all non-Germanic nations less valuable. The Great Germanic Empire was Hitler's "wet" dream. In the mind of the German Nazis, Europe was to be ruled by united Germanic peoples.

Cruel fate was to befall the European nations. Jews were to be completely murdered. The Slavs were to be partly displaced to Asia and some of them were to become a slave labor force. A small part of the Western Slavs that fit into the Nordic racial criteria were to be Germanized.

I'd say Hitler was a bit more favorable to Czechs compared to the others because of a greater likelihood of assimilating Czechs into Germanic-ness. IMO, Czechs are a bit closer to Germanics than they are to East Slavs. Slovaks too. They are "Eastern" but not as much as Russkies and Balkanites.
Czechia was only behind the curtain for 30 years, that's nothing compared to the hundreds of years it has intertwined with Austria and Germany.
