Actually, towards the end of the war Hitler went from pro-German nationalists to European nationalists.. because he knows Europeans are very good at self destructing

Yes, I think that is pretty clear and historically backed. Anti-Slavic racism was an essential component of Nazism, especially towards Poland, Russia, and Serbia. Only a very small minority like Rethel said of descendants of ethnic Germans were spared if willing to be integrated into Germany.
Only for mere strategic reasons Hitler did not label Croats and Bulgarians as untermenschen and came up with a theory that Croats were descendants of the ancient Goths and that Bulgarians were Turkomans to justify those alliances.
