just read something about fertilizers and pesticides and toxins, do you think they magically disappear when you harvest them and put them in the supermarket?

of course factory farming meat and dairy is not healthier either.. but modern plants lack nutrients, the soils are depleted and they are full of toxic herbicides and pesticides and fertilizers

The issue of transhumanism and postmodernism is nothing new, Bertrand Russell proposed Analytic philosophy in the aim to direct all future ethical problems caused by scientific development. Analytic philosophy provides the connection between classical philosphy and science, also contains a set of topics called applied ethics, when corruption in scientific community gives birth to postmodernism, we can tackle them with tools of applied ethics. Now I find using philosophical tools are more interesting than delving into mysticism.

The the job is to enrich and advance the theories of Applied Ethics, pass them through legislative process and make them laws, problem solved. Ethical vacuum is caused by nothing but corruption, no mystery here. Beware that ethical vacuum exists everywhere, in government and civil institutions, in scientific and all kind of communities.

i do not care about philosophers view, i care about reality. and in real world (not philosophical fantasy world) there is a tendency to implement more and more technology into our lives which makes us more and more dependent, observed, controlled and vulnerable! i do not care who predicted transhumanism or philosophied aboout it, i care about what modern trends are leading to as a causality for the future! if you logically and systematically observe both hsitory and progress of socitey, you can easily predict where things will lead to in the future.. philosophy is just a game of guessing, rationality is observing of where reality leads to through political agendas and technological trends..

all man made systems and philosophies are doomed to failure because you cannot overpower the highest law, which is the natural law. natural law will always strike down any attempt to change or control it!

besides it the old testament god seems to be a mercyless, chauvinistic, muredrous asshole.. sorry do not meant to hurt you but this is my feeling it seems more like a tribal god, rather than a universal, compassional deity !

ancient people who wrote bible mostly wrote about natural catastrophies such as lavas, volcanoes, earthquakes and floods... i do not think god chooses his favourite team.. it is pure egoism and nonsense to say that those who do not follow the commandments of "your" religion are doomed to be punished by your god.. there are thousands of religions on this earth and everybody claims his own god is the right one.
