Negan is the most dominant personality. To have his people call themselves Negan when asked 'who are you?' and to bow when he walks by them shows his Will to Power. The character (who isn't much different from the comic book) is based on Henry Rollins.

Anyway, no one has murdered Negan for good reason: he's the devil you know. As long as you follow his rules you're left alone. If he was murdered there would be chaos with each out post splitting off as an independent group and probably even in fighting within each of those groups. There is no one else among the Saviors that can hold it all together except Negan. In the comic book Negan was a high school gym teacher before shit got real.

The downfall of Negan is he asks way too much from other groups to the point they get desperate and allows his 'soldiers' to slap people around.

I dislike most of the characters you posted, except for Rick, Merle and Negan.

To be the "most alpha" wannabe doesn't equal good characters.
