Those maps have glaring inaccuracies concerning many countries.
Average IQ for Macedonia and Montenegro was simply calculated as an average of surrounding countries' IQs, after that adjusting it a bit by max. 0.4% up or down according to their GDP theory, because they didn't have any data. That's what they say basically on second map: that they used "student tests" for assessment (even though they basically calculated our IQ as average of our neighbors). And I participated in PISA test in school once. Even the best students basically half-arsedly trolled the test, because no one wanted to do 3 hours of shit he was forced to do, that bears no significance to him and takes away time. They were not even encouraged to do it well.
Even if they did it properly (which, as I already said, they didn't), it is literacy, not IQ (inherited) test.

Richard Lynn even had figures of 87 for Ireland in earlier studies of his, but afterwards he cherrypicked studies in order to justify his "high-IQ Anglosphere" theory.
