Στην μονεμβασιά απολαμβάνω να μιλάω με τους (γνήσιους δωριείς) ντόπιους. Θα διακρίνει κανείς μια λανθάνουσα κρητική προφορά, και μια διάθεση επικοινωνίας, η οποία δεν υπάρχει στα αλβανοκρατούμενα μέρη της νοτίου ελλάδας.
