Default What is the cause of infantalisation and Brachycephaly? And can it be reversed?

Are certain hormones and diets responsible for this trend? Is it because of low hgh/test levels and too much estrogen plus androgen and habits like fasting, no exercise?

DNA. Surgery can do everything even in your head if you have enough money.
Other than DNA, sleeping position as kid. I’ve seen babies tied to their beds that obv isn’t very healthy but also very developed chewing muscles through stress (bruxism) can cause a wide head.
It’s a masculine trait. Not sure why anyone would prefer doliocephaly

To avoid brachycephaly, which sleeping position are you meant to sleep in?
Doliocephaly heads look more aesthetic and masculine. Brachycephaly looks like a giant babies head.
This is the ideal male head shape:

After the head plates fuse it’s pretty much over at toddler age. Now you can’t do anything except for surgery. Dr Eppley from Indiannapolis does everything including aesthetic head surgery.

Anyway, as long as it’s no extreme case, facial bones like jaw or cheekbones are more important
