ITALY LOST SOME POSITION FOR THE INEQUALITY ONE.. BUT INSTEAD GOT HIGHER THAN THE PREVIOUS YEAR FOR THE NORMAL ONE HDI. interesting

the best on top are europan countries: NORWAY wins and it's the richer place in the world; while those on bottom are subsaharian african countries. poorest european country is MACEDONIA; richer african country is MAURITIUS but it's not really quintessence african as it's in the ocean and culturally distant, GABON instead would be the richer one quintessental african

northern european countries are the richest ones, only UKRAINE is the poorest one; south european countries gets a bit lower hdis with SPAIN on top and on bottom macedonia wich is the poorest country in europe

asian countries don t reach the excellent group but not either the low group, richer if we exclude australia it's JAPAN, poorer one is NEPAL if we exclude kiribati and solomon islands

in the americas only those ruled by anglosaxons reach the top of the ranking: CANADA the best, Usa comes second; most indeed go from high hdi to in developing HDI; richer south american is ARGENTINA porrer one is HONDURAS... HAITI is an oulier in poor performance.. but it's very otlier that is a suis-generis latin american country.. indeed it would be the poorer one of the ranking.

middle east-islam lands.. they go from high hdi to low hdi; ISRAEL it s in the middle east but it s an oulier-notorious ethno-cultural exception and it's the richer place there; SRI LANKA it's not muslim traditionally but buddhist, how ever it s in what most people consider asia-middle east and it's the richer one; if we exclude it to look on more classical traditional mena places than TURKEY is the richer one.. however even MALTA that it's in reality european culturally but in the middle east-bordering would be the richer one anyway it s not as it has always been quite an extention of italy and europe same as for CYPRUS the second one richer; ARMENIA and GEORGIA would follow but they are too christian in a more european culture.. following AZERBAIJIAN wich is really a turkey more in the north would score higher than turkey; if we exclude turkey to take even more those uniquely muslim-middle east than the richer one would be JORDAN. Poorer country in the menas instead is YEMEN wich is anyway something mena-africa bordering.. if not with no doubt it's AFGHANISTAN, a more classical quintessential mena place.

as for oceania FIJI is the richest place if we exclude asutralia, it goes well for it s geography location and reaches a high hdi, while KIRIBATI and in particular SOLOMON ISLANDS get a low hdi

as for subsaharain african the poorest place is CENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC wich is in absolute the poorest place of the world

that s not 2015. it s the last 2016 but only this is normal HDI not the one adjusted with inequality
