Quite similar to standard Italian (Tuscan), at least enough for me to confuse these two. I perceive slight Spanish like deviation though.

In fact the two actors are speaking in Italian with Neapolitan accent, not in Neapolitan. Some words, here and there, are Neapolitan rather than Italian, but not the majority.
