All those IQ levels are perfectly normal and average. The only ones that are intellectually deficient on that map are Bosnia, Montenegro, Albania and Turkey.

The Balkankte IQ was never actually tested, just estimated and inaccurate, nobody actually believes Balkanites have IQ in the 80s range. The basis the author had for the low estimation was that those countries had Muslims and Islam = lower IQ, so Balkans people must therefore have a lower IQ.

Richard Lynnn never tested anyone's IQ. He "calculated" or used results of previous studies, but with great cherry picking, data manipulating and bias, so it could be fit into his theory about the connection between GDP and IQ. Scientific community discarded Lynn's work as pure pseudoscience and nonsense because of data manipulation, methodological flaws, bias, disregarding scientific objectivity.

-Come up with a hypothesis to make sense of them.
-Test the hypothesis.

Pseudoscience is the opposite:
-Come up with the desired conclusion.

I think "too dumb" is a bit harsh, don't you think? I also think that IQ tests are a very subjective and western ethnocentric way of measuring intelligence. Multiple scholars have criticized it.

I don't know where you get "too dumb to have impulse control from," because a lot of countries with low IQ averages have very relaxed people, especially in sub-Saharan Africa.

People's intelligence needs to be measured through what their environment and circumstances are like, by things they actually encounter in their lives. The !Kung people in Africa may seem "inferior" and "unintelligent" to you, but they are actually pretty smart. They know how to use every plant in their surroundings, and they use them to treat medical issues. A Canadian doctor visited and was extremely shocked to see how healthy these people are and how well they know how to manipulate their environment. They show a lot less heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, etc than westerners do, and it has been shown that western colonization almost always brings health diseases to the local population, especially when people are forced to adopt their unhealthy diets.


I doubt that any modern people are just "genetically unintelligent." How have they managed to survive for this long if they're really inferior?

Why is it that serial killers hold some of the world's highest iqs? A lot of people with high iqs are also suicidal, depressed, etc. Is that what people should strive for?
