Age of consent in Texas is 17, so not statutory rape.

And for the record, she's not a pedo as someone claimed in another post. A 17-year old is hardly a "child". In the US, you can be tried as an adult in many cases at 17.

i really doubt she "raped" him...i know what u mean..he felt forced somehow by her position and accepted....but i'm sure it was nothing like that. at 21-22 I was a highschool teacher...i had students even 19 years old...and believe me..they were those who almost raped me )))))) (kidding of course but they were very very insistent) after 1 year i gave up...
