it was a similar case here some years ago...with a highscool girl and her sport teacher. they've been together in a school trip and had sexual relations there. she was only a week from her 18th birthday. her father found out about this and forced her to tell that she was raped. the teacher said that she was "harassing" him for a wile already and her classmates confirmed. he said that she came herself to his room in the middle of the night and basically jumped on him...eventually she admitted and he has been sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years in prison...and that was it.

Was it in Romania? What is the romanian age of consent? Does Romania also have laws about tutors cannot have intercourse with their pupils?
