From most to least violent. Basically the whole Balkans (especially Albanians),Russians,Ukrainians,Belorussians,Italy south of Rome,British&Irish (Irish moreso),Hungarians,Balts,Poles,Slovaks,Slovenes,Cz echs,Iberians,South Germans,French,North Germans,Scandinavians.

Oh yes of course the Irish must be more so. They have invaded so many countries and started world wars. Anyone would think it was the Irish that invaded Britain and colonised India and were an Empire. Who was involved in the World Wars?

That's hard to answear because you can't take the statistic of violence by country and make the conclusion.
You must take in account the environment. Some countries have a very low level of violence, but the low rate might be because people haven't any reason to be violent and revolt themself.
