Having such a large Muslim population and still remaning secular and modern is also a great achievement in my opinion. The degree of Islamic influence varies in Turkey; with irreligion on the rise and despite the rare non-Muslim population by origin.

Greece has a small population and they're all the same type; there's a national consensus about their cultural religion. It's not the same in Turkey; as too much people are against Islamic influence making it impossible for a national consensus.

If you count Atheists Agnostics etc many millions maybe much as Greece population. Greece is Xtian Taliban country, officially and in real life. Take crowd picture from Greece you always see a bishop in black uniforms and long beard mustache. It's no comparison with official secular Turkey. Greeks here make propaganda and distort reality 180 degrees.

    2) I rarely see bishops, I wonder where the visitors go
    3) I am an Atheist, and I have never had religion forced upon my throat.
If by bishops you mean pappades , then you are wrong because they can be found everywhere in Athens.
Also being an atheist is plain stupid..

Well , there is a creator but he is not a bearded dude on the sky. Things are way more complicated.
Also seeing one once a week that's a lot for a 4million people city.
