chances for errors are really slim. Science seems to take seriously Ydna and autosomal tests. Now maybe some company does better job then other but how time goes on quality will only improve.

No wonder 23andme asks you to fill in your ethnicity and information before the spit sample is processed.

They do this to lower the chances of mixing samples up with another one, I assume this why they ask about your ethnicity so they can spot the eventual errors more easily.
