It's not so hard buddy, you're obese. Use a cal. to determine how many cal. per day you need to eat to lose weight

Get some basic knowledge of the food you eat, how many calories it contains. Write down everything you eat and drink(that has cal.) and for exercise you can pretty much take easy walks to not strain your knees to much. Weightlifting would also be ideal at your weight, but that probably requires a gym membership.
