The Venezuelan poor should figure out their (and any oil producing country's) leader has little say in oil prices. And even that has an American hand, because of your shale ventures, the Saudis have been overflowing the market with cheap oil for years now.

btw an aside...When the Saudis publically trade Aramco, and it has to show its books, it will be the end of shale forever. The Saudis have trillions, not billions of oil reserves, oil is probably not even something finite from wht it looks like.

The Venezuelan poor should realize their previous leader (Chavez) didn't prepare them for a down turn because he was busy buying their love. You keep trying to turn this into the fault of other people. It's common sense that if your only source of wealth is your natural resources that when times are good you invest the money in developing your nation. You don't spend it in social programs that while it makes people happy in the moment it doesn't get them out of poverty.

Why don't you just say you're ignorant of Venezuela's politics and economics instead of trying to turn this into a different discussion?

the only ignorant person is you...Oil rich population low Saudi Arabia DID save up for rainy day during its high prices...all that is on the verge of depletion nd they are contemplating or have already instituted income tax for the first time in their history. No amount of saving for a rainy day by Chaves back in 2002-2008 would have preventd this. Only stopping the unnecessary and environmentlly EVIL shale drilling being discontinued could have, but that would be asking greedy Americans to do something for the greater good of humanity instead of lining a few pockets.

The only thing I can tell you is that I fucked my first Venezuelan hooker in Costa Rica many years ago, and a couple of Venezuelan hookers in Colombia a few months back. The vast majority of hookers in Colombia were from Venezuela.

Beyond that, all Latinos were short, many of them fat, fatter than me!

Of course, only Saudis, Venezuelans and the like should be allowed to produce oil and make a buck out of it. Yankees should burn in hell.
Too bad Somalia has no oil reserves, but we can fix that. All we have to do is capture all Wadaads and put them in a furnace. Maybe they shall produce some useful energy that way...
