"Mangapora"
Sounds almost Indian to me, but he comes up autosomally like a Romanian. Could it be a very odd Sicilian surname? What is it?

Mangapora doesn't sound Sanskrit, never heard of it.

It isn't Indian but when I heard it, it sounded it. It is probably a weird Italian surname.
