Jokes aside, that as well as crescent and moon in the comments above just proves my swastika/lily theory. All these symbols appeared at different places at different times and with different meanings. They might not have been related to each other at all.

Medieval Bosnia and France had no communaction as all. Actually, Bosnia was extremely isolated since pretty much forever. Bad roads, high mountains and always different religion than most Europeans (Bosnian Bogomilism/Islam vs European Catholicism/Orthodoxy).
The westernmost country with which medieval Bosnia had political relations was Croatia, the northernmost Hungary.
