Is South Cone "Western" ?

Argentine mestizos dont claim to be white. Is like yo take the claim of a white argentine and then try to humillate a mestizo argentine with that claim that he doesent share.

According to my personal observations, the whiter a country, the less dangerous it is to live in and more developed in terms of human development. Compare Caracas and the white areas of Buenos Aires. Comments are superfluous. Some (not all) Hispanics have a certain complex of self-identification. I observed such self-identity crisis of mixed Russian and Peruvian children when I went to meetings organized by the Russian embassy in Lima. For me, Europeanism is a person's adherence to the ideals of the era of enlightenment - an culturally European person should be a creator, an engineer, a builder. In this sense, a Tatar scientist, grew up within such cultural environment, is much more valuable than a Russian low-skilled worker. I have a clear understanding of what Russian culture is. This is an Eastern European civilization based on the ideals of Orthodox Christianity.
I do not want to offend the white educated Hispanics, I draw attention to the fact that many of them do not have a clear definition of what is the person's commitment to European civilization and culture.

European civilization belongs to Europe, not to any New World country. People in the american continent are a separated branch who have their own culture that carries european elements, that's it, there's no confusion but in your mind.

As I said above, I think the Latin American culture is something special, because the population of Latin American countries is a mixture of very different racial and cultural ingredients. The part of the "cultural pie", whose representatives have a larger share dominates culturally. It applies to any country, even in Russia, the Russians dominate because they make up 85% of the population. And, that is, mostly white Argentina is not identical to mostly Indian Bolivia.
I just don't get that Western-European thing that constantly comes up in such threads.

The problem in this forums is that non latinos expect us to identify as one thing when we are heterogeneous. Both genetically and culturally.
