Is South Cone "Western" ?

I live in US, and believe me: I don't think Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, and Southern Brazil are "so undeveloped", "uncivilized" and with more social problems compared to here.

Paris, London and other multicultural European capitals also sucks compared to Southern parts of Brazil. Full of criminals, pollution, poverty, beggars etc. They're not less ''western'' because they are full of negroes now.

Even the poorest western euro countries are more developed than any part of latin america, it is basically a shithole (southern cone and more developed parts of Brazil included) with lots of social problems compared to places like Canada and USA (which are the only western countries in Americas).
