no! look at some videos on YT about Vladivostok for example, there they have more "European Russians" than in the west border of Ural mountain, Tsars & Stalin co. liked to transplant people like others do with plants or trees

But majority ethnic Russians are from Eastern Europe. If you are trying to create a morph of Russian people it's inaccurate to put them under East Asia. And those regions are North Asia.

for example in my morphes for europe i've included too the people born from an ethnic local and an imigrant and adopted people, i've made that choice as it's the most representative one anyway also for the actual society. obviously i've not included imigrants and the offspring of two imigrant people. i decide to include only people born out of a local ethnic at leats
