No, He simply left human form body. God's true form is Spirit. He does not need a body. "God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth." John 4:24. So He died in human body which is nothing to God really dying for real. Jesus was always in spirit form before coming to Earth anyway. Then after 3 days He came back to human form to complete the prophesy that He will resurrect in 3 days.

Muslims always surprise me on how ignorant they are of the concept of the trinity and the Bible let alone the gospels as a whole. To be able to believe in Islam after reading both the Bible and the Quran, one must be completely ignorant of what is known about the NT and the historicity of Jesus. To believe claims coming from one man without witnesses (the claim of prophethood and revelation) proves how easily people can be fooled with the right tactics and careful use of older sources.

I understand the idea is that Jesus is both God and Human, but if he is Human to begin with, why should we call him God? Was it ever said that the Messiah would be God himself as a human? I don't think so, in fact the idea of a human claiming to be God is called idolatry.

God is love and Jesus is the personification of love, so that each of us might have a role model to compare ourselves to. This is why he said, "I AM the way, I AM the truth, and I AM the life. No man can come to God but through me. If you replace I AM and ME with LOVE IS ... you get ...

ok i got you .. so he didn't really die , he just left the human form body .. so the 3 were alive.

then when they worship him in an icon way of his human body ? i mean they spread photos of him (as they say) in churches and everywhere .. why can't they worship him in non visible way as this verse mention john 4:24 ?

No not on a regular basis. I have had some good conversations and discussions about Islam with Muslims though.
