Scottish people look like the English, if on a bad diet and hit by a lack of vitamin D and strong winds.

My guess is Scots have more Germanic ancestry than the Irish, but less than the English.

What exists is specific Brit/Irish types that are unmistakingly insular.

Looks proper Anglo-Saxon with Keltic admixture (resembles Beckham). Atypical, but he's a genuine paddy compared to Attenborough (who, as I said previously, is incompatible with anything outside Germanic realms)...

As for Wexford area has had English settlers since medieval times (which makes Germanic faces hardly surprising). There was even an English dialect/language there that directly descended from Middle English:

My opinion: 95% of Irish can pass as English, whereas only 70% of English can pass as Irish. The reasons for this asymmetry aren't just Germanic influence, but also a definitely more brunet segment in England (lots of people with dark hair and eyes)

That is a Gaelic Athletic Association team so I doubt they are anything but Irish. It is like saying that the English aren't English because some Vikings were in that part of the country.

Duh!!!!!!!!! There was an Anglo - Saxon kingdom which occupied parts of southeastern Scotland.
