Sorry ,, but Latin America can never be taken seriously. They have seem to always have development issues even when they were ahead of many others they screw it up somehow.

Argentina was a very rich country in the early 1900s and so was Cuba in the 1950s but they squandered their achievements. Brazil seemed to be doing well then corruption came roaring back with impeachment of Dilma.

Charles de Gaulle once stated disdainfully, "Brazil is not a serious country."

Argentina had a serious currency crisis and Debt crisis like 20 years ago.

I'm a Northerner and vehemently disagree. Furthermore, I doubt very many Northerners want to see America broken up. It would be an extreme minority who do.

At the end of the day all Americans come together and will unite North and South.
