Nella tua famiglia, che difficilmente può rappresentare un'intera regione. E comunque lo usate anche voi il burro, molto diverso dal tuo "never". Ovviamente nel nord Italia si usa più burro che in Toscana, ma non è assolutamente vero che in Toscana non si usi affatto il burro.
