ahhahahaha funny because you claim independence of Catalonia alleging exactly what you deny for Venetians
Yourself have the answer, change the word Venetians for Catalans and Italy for Spain and you will laugh of yourself for stupid

There are many Tuscan recipes with butter.

A random Tuscan recipe with butter: gli gnudi.

    Gnudi, ricetta e preparazione

    Ingredienti
    500 GR DI RICOTTA
    800 GR DI SPINACI FRESCHI
    60 GR DI PARMIGIANO REGGIANO
    2 UOVA, FARINA,NOCE MOSCATA SALE E PEPE
PER IL CONDIMENTO: BURRO, SALVIA E PARMIGIANO

E questi secondo te chi li compra in Toscana? Baugigi?

Where do I claim indipendence for Catalonia? Are you drunk or what?
