You seem to have a naturally sturdy bone structure and I reckon your body would respond well to weight training (unlike with some extreme ectos). Try proper weightlifting...bench,squat,deadlift and chinups.

You look totally fine.
There is fat and fat (there is a nice kind of fat as far as women are concerned); the only issue is if you "feel" fat; like movements are tedious to do and you are easily tired etc...
