    Skinny-fat. You seem to be a little bit chubby but also lack muscle underneath. Some exercise with a daily calorie intake a hundred below recommended for a month or so, and you will be fine.

    Not really, you look okish, but you could do some cardio like running, jumping rope or driving bike uphill to tight up things.
    Here ill give you excellent work up link, this is all you need and if you do it often in 1-2 months you will be like athlete.

    The key to burning off that frustrating bit of tummy fat, arm flab, thigh fat, etc. is to consume slightly less calories than would be recommend for your exercise regime, provided of your that you are eating a good diet. It works wonders.
