First, social anxiety is not some nebulous malady. It's caused by negative or lack of positive experiences in social settings. A hot girl receives validation daily; she only has positive social experiences. The chances of a hot girl developing SA are astronomically small.
Second, even if she had the worst SA on the planet, she could just fire up Tinder and get laid with 3 different guys every day.
