Just do it mauyn! If you don't play chess regularly, a rating above 600 is very good.
According to the results I'm much stronger than "chess prodigy" Phiona Muresi/ Queen of Katwe, kek.
I'm def. the best chess player on TA until someone proves me wrong

Yes that's really good LMAO, you might have potential as a female grandmaster. You might struggle in the beginning due to not knowing opening theory and understanding how to play positionally, but that test is quite good for determining how sharp you are tactically as well as how good your calculations are. To give you an idea, this is what the ELO ratings mean for men at least:

You only need to reach 2000 to get a FIDE title as a woman. Most beginners fall way below 1322, it took me some months to get to 1000 on chess.com. Granted that this doesn't measure how well you know theory. My chess rating on chess.com is 1461. I'd say based upon your results here, you'd fall somewhere around 700, but if you learn some opening theory, you'd crack 1000 quite easily. Not bad at all, I must say.

What is a grandmaster, and how different are female and male scores usually?

I'm not a huge fan of chess, but it would be cool to be able to win when I end up playing the game.

They differ quite a bit. A grandmaster is basically a title. Sorta like being a champion at a sport, like say the NBA. Once you earn it, you can't un-earn it. Well they can take it away (FIDE that is, the biggest chess organization in the world) if you do something like get charged with murder, but usually they once you're a GM, you're it for life. The way you earn such a title is playing in tournaments that FIDE recognizes and gaining a ELO rating above 2500 for males. For women it's around 2300. You'll also have to have certain accomplishments like doing well in three tournaments that meets FIDE requirements for time control, opponents ELO rating etc.
The strongest male chess player Magnus Carlsen has a ELO rating of 2838, while the strongest female player is Hou Yifan and her rating is 2649.
