Lol. I'm not sure if it's that much of R1b but majority of them most certainly have European haplogroups like the Dominicans, Caribbeans, latin Americans etc

Blacks in US have 15% of R1b.
Dominican Republic - 40%, but Haiti - 5%.

In whole Latin America there is as much Blacks as in whole US. Few
of them are R1. In Brazil is 7 mln Blacks, 40something percentages
have european hg - but it means E, G, I, J, N, Q, R, T... how much
R1, it is not known, even if half, then it would be 1/5 of 7 mln so it
is 700k men. Not too much, not too impressing.
