Because when the Ottomans took over lower hungary, hungarians made the new seat of their country in northern hungary(slovakia) and they moved north, mixing with many slovaks in south of slovakia, after ottomans left hungarians and slovaks from northern hungary moved south and repopulated hungary. Why do you think R1a is the most common haplogroup in Hungary and in slovakia?

Yes they do, I said "especially" from slovaks not only. And R1a is higher in Hungary than I2. They have more west Slavic ancestry than south Slavic

Pseudo-fantasy. Hungarians couldn't have mixed with Slovaks who lived in mountain villages like Sheperds (like Balkan Vlachs), while Hungarians lived in towns/cities.
Moreover in Hungary exist different type of R1a than in so-called ''Slovakia''. We have not West Slavic r1a
