How much Euro admixture it takes for a Mongoloid/Amerindian to grow full beard?

As you may already know Mongoloids and Amerindians tend to possess the least amounts of facial hair out of all the major races of mankind, many times having no facial hairs at all..

So what would be the bare minimum % of Euro admixture it would take for a Mongoloid or Native American to grow a full beard or substantial amounts facial hair IYO?
