How can you be afraid of girls?

Asking this because if you're heterosexual how can you be afraid of girls? One could understand you are shy or something..., but afraid?

I'm afraid and this gets worse and worse. I don't want to spend my life alone. I'd like to do something good for any girl, but I'm afraid. I didn't realize before. There's some fear of being intimate with female. Not rejection. It makes me feel weak. Human being is naturally programmed to reproduce not to go to gym or play video games, so screw that "enjoy your life" talk.

There's things you can't ignore forever and if you do outcome might be tragic.

I always give guys who are nervous the same advice: Find someone who shares your interests. If you are someone who likes computers, which I think you are because you mentioned video games, then find a woman who does too. No reason to dive headfirst into relationships.

I'm really anxious and feel phobic about getting intimate with women. I had traumatic experience. I was bullied by my classmates and later on experienced social rejection and emotional bullying by one girl I was close to. Not girlfriend, she was just my friend.

Now I feel really depressed. I see no future and I'm 22. This freaks me out. I wish if things didn't play this way. I'm really sorry. There's no strength in me right now. It's hard to wake up and get sleep.

Few years ago I believed things will change. I went to gym, had band, back then I was passionate gamer, but now there's no passion in me. I will finish college in few months, but there's no drop of happiness in me. I don't care about myself, for me it's worst because my mother have to watch me like this.
