Which country in Asia has the most atrocious slums?

country(ies) in Asia with the most atrocious slum conditions you've seen thus far that is....

Pretty sure they are all SE Asian. China has many poor areas, but no slums like other developing countries because the government is pretty good at building infrastructure. Pretty sure the worst slums are probably Indonesia, the Philippines and maybe Cambodia.

So do you think India prob had the uglier looking slums over the Philippines? I've heard Indian slums are super filthy, whereas Philippine slums are generally a lot cleaner and more well-maintained. My sister's half Indian half Filipino friend also visited the two countries and said that Philippines streets were overall a lot cleaner than what one would typically find in India, and most Filipinos bathe everyday unlike India Indians or so that was what I was told.

I wouldn't know. I would think India would have the worst because of the massive population and general incompetence of their government.
