because some people have different lines/borders/limits of what is cheating and what is not . taking your example : when the man doesnt care much and for him it is not cheating when his girlfriend is kissing other guys this doesnt mean that the same applies for the girl when he kisses around

if they are so different they shouldn't be a couple in the first place...anyway..everyone has his own truth and, whatever answers he's going to receive here, are not necessarily the right ones for him, therefore, only he knows the answer in his case. there are very opened couples and very traditional ones..so..u can never know which are his limits

Now you got an example of a happy drunk kissing someone and the that's not necessarily cheating.

However, as they say, alcohol lowers inhibitions and thus it allows your "true character" to shine through.

So, if happy drunk is going around kissing people, I'd get rid of the chap. The intent is already there. He [or she for the guys] just needs to find someone to cheat with or get the nerve to actively cheat while not pissed.
