I hardly do any weight training itself . I am no member of a fitness gym . but people always say I am muscular and I sometimes even got asked if I take something lmao
boxing gym + running + some bodyweight exercises like push ups and stuff is what I do
need help with taming my eating though . I eat a lot of healthy foods but also too much junk . I am a glutton
mirin your low bodyfat . I usually always loose a lot of fat when it is summer though because I feel disgusted by myself and then watch my diet more
diet is the most important thing . and other than that do you cardio faggets . cardio is a must . if you have little time and have to decide whether you should do cardio or lifting weights then choose the cardio
