Same as me bro I have got long legs, short torso but a medium or smaller sized arms. Training legs is good otherwise people will say that you have "Chicken legs" also training the area around the Gluteals is good if your doing kickboxing as you will be able to generate more power from the kick

Getting jacked for looks and women is useless ego bs...all training should be functional. Gym is also a scam.
What you need to be fit, do as many sets aas possible (but never till failure):
1) Pull-ups and Chin-ups (for the top back)
2) Diamond Push-ups (for the top/mid chest)
3) Decline Push-ups (for the bottom chest/titties)
4) Bent-over Row (best for the lats, lower back and triceps)
5) squat + shoulder press AND/OR hip thrust (this to improve your performance in the bedroom)
--- do this 3-4 time a week...should not take more than 20-30 min
--Twice a week you do HIIT sprints for 20-30 mins
all this deadlift, bench press nonesense will do more damage to your back and give you that uptight posture and gait that all Gymcels have...

A great author is always working at his craft at the neglect of everything else, for example, because of the difficulty of becoming a great author. Of course you can not know this. You're a simple man who is attracted to minor accomplishments. In other words, you choose easily gain accomplishments over more difficult accomplishments.

Lol. I don't understand people who try to bring others that workout down. What's wrong with becoming the best version of yourself? Better than a fat ass or scrawny ass spending all his day on TA and eating junk food and even bragging about having internet addictions. Working out is positive and helps your mental health too. besides physical strength and being fit can be used in many aspects of life other than sports. Such as self defense or carrying something heavy. this is a no brainer. You have to be joking. People who bring others that workout down surely must have some deep mental problems within themselves or they just don't have the motivation to do the same things in life so they try and bring you down. Why else do you care so much. Somebody should make me a mod so I can delete these fking stupid ass comments or atleast give funding members the right to delete posts in their threads.
Running, Strength training and martial arts are positive things that every kid should be taught.
