I've read about Central Asia countries and it doesn't spark any interest in me, not very attracted to MENA countries either (maybe Egypt) so I pick Caucasus and I would visit Armenia and Georgia.

You shlould try israel the middle east is nit only muslim countries you know.

as a tourist i'd like to visit ME. they have some of the oldest civilizations...lot of places to visit there. but if i have to pick a region to live in..then i go for central asia

Central Asia is full of Muslims and some buddhists
MENA is full of ultra radical Muslims and also Judaism followers
Caucasus is mostly paganist world even if Muslim or Christian where people don't forget their native culture and tradition
