it's definitely Brentwood-caliber. Located near Franklin and Western.

I wish, man... One of my dreams is to build a one-of-a-kind house, even property costs are insane in any of the areas where people actually buy this kind of stuff. I would imagine 750,000 dollars is the absolute minimum you would expect to pay for land with a view like this here. But yes, if I ever manage to build one, it will have a tiny little lap pool just like this one. Tiny ass lap pools overlooking a dropoff natural view = absolute ultimate symbol of the American dream.

Yeah I can see how some people would think it was ugly. Wright Jr's homes are pretty extreme.

This is the John Sowden house he built, which I previously misidentified as a house of his father's making. It is also rumored to be location where the "Black Dahlia" murder took place.
