I think mousse is my most favourite dessert. You can make all different and delicious flavours (chocolate mint, cherry, strawberry, raspberry, white chocolate, toffee, caramel, banana, vanilla, etc.)
Mousse has a very light, airy, foamy, slightly sweet, and light creamy texture that succulently melts onto your lips and tongue. You can slowly lick it from your spoon... and passionately swallow it down after swirling it around in your mouth and devouring its creamy texture and sweet flavour on your tongue. It's so delicious that it will leave you wanting mmmmore.

My favourite is chocolate mousse!

Canned fruit is a lazy persons version. Creative folk can do much more. I don't enjoy alcohol in it nor too much sugar. I don't really enjoy anything sickly sweet.
